As Infrastructure Security Communication Specialist, you enable clear, actionable information across Security and IT teams. You’ll shape internal communications, maintain governance of SharePoint and knowledge content, and support leadership with structured reporting. You translate complex security topics into business-friendly messages for diverse audiences and drive continuous improvement of processes and documentation. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure security, IT, and business stakeholders, contributing to a more transparent and efficient security program.

Responsabilidades
Develop and maintain clear communication materials for the Infrastructure Security team
Support internal team communications: announcements, newsletters, leadership messages
Translate technical information into business-friendly messages for diverse audiences
Manage SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters,



and other channels
Ensure ServiceNow service items and Knowledge Base articles are current and accurate
Review and improve team processes; document operating models and standards
Support reporting: dashboards, leadership updates, and action trackers
Collaborate with security leaders, service owners, project managers, and specialists to improve information sharing
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience in internal communications, knowledge management, service management, process improvement, xqbhyrx or IT operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to structure complex information clearly
Experience managing SharePoint, Teams, intranet pages, or similar platforms
Familiarity with ServiceNow service catalog, Knowledge Base, or ITSM processes
Strong organization, coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical content into clear documentation
