In this role you will support the definition, development and deployment of Maintenance and Fleet Management Systems, covering entry-into-service, 2nd/3rd line support, and new release work. You work with customers and development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and effective knowledge transfer. You will manage end-to-end digital projects, scoping, and documentation while improving service interfaces and operational procedures. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge digital topics within a integral aerospace context and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
Prepare and manage System for entry into service and support customers during onboarding
Participate in 2nd/3rd line system support to ensure correct system usage
Contribute to new releases/projects by defining requirements, creating functional analyses, and assisting with user documentation and training
Develop integrated solutions including aircraft as needed and define testing procedures
Ensure training for Help Desk and organize training sessions
Oversee maintenance and fleet management system evolutions and interface with customers and development teams
Develop functional analyses and anticipate problems through thorough testing
Assess issues, prioritize according to severity, and apply proper support procedures
Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive improvements
Provide end-to-end project management for Digital projects, including scoping, BRD documentation, testing, user acceptance, reporting
Organize user testing and assure delivery quality and client satisfaction
Produce project documentation such as xqbhyrx plans, risks, requirements, budgets and external communications
Support on-site activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requisitos principales
Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
Experience: at least 2 years in Manufacturing or Engineering environments
Languages: Advanced English
Technical knowledge: programming in C#, advanced CATIA
High adaptability to new topics and business areas
