As Manager, you will lead AI-driven initiatives to transform manufacturing processes within Accentures Data & AI Center of Excellence for supply chains. You’ll design and deploy predictive and prescriptive models, and develop digital twins to optimize real-time operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for global clients, bridging IT and OT to enable smarter decision-making. Lead AI-driven projects for manufacturing processes, including predictive and prescriptive model design




Develop digital twins for processes and industrial assets for real-time optimization
Integrate predictive maintenance with CMMS systems and cloud platforms
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for general clients
Requisitos principales
Strong programming skills in Python (OOP) and Java; knowledge of R, SQL, C/C++ is a plus
Expertise in Machine Learning (predictive modeling, simulation, optimization) and Generative AI (LLMs, xqbhyrx synthetic data)
Familiarity with IT/OT architectures (MES, SCADA, PLCs, OPC/UA) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with data visualization and processing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or Snowflake
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
6+ years of combined experience in Data & AI and/or industrial environments
