In this role you drive end‑to‑end tenders for large data center projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Europe. You shape winning strategies, manage pricing, risk, and governance, and ensure profitable, compliant offers. You work with international stakeholders and lead negotiations through to contract finalization and handover to execution. This position offers high impact within a marquee data center portfolio and a chance to influence multi‑country projects at scale.

Responsabilidades
Define winning tender strategies with Key Account Managers to maximize value and profitability
Lead end‑to‑end tendering, coordinating cross‑functional and international teams
Prepare high‑quality technical, commercial, contractual, and financial proposals compliant with policies




Develop pricing strategies, optimize costs, and secure target margins and cash‑flow objectives
Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, financial, and execution risks with SRM, Legal, and Operations
Manage customer interactions during tendering, including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations
Present strategies to management for approval and ensure structured handover to execution teams
Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and win/loss analysis
Requisitos principales
Master’s Degree xqbhyrx in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in complex solution tendering, proposal management or customer project environments
Proven experience managing large Category A opportunities (€10M–€30M+)
Leadership and collaboration across multicultural, cross‑functional teams
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
Stakeholder management and customer engagement
Tendering and proposal development
Contract management and governance
Commercial risk assessment and pricing strategy
