In this role you design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that drive data-informed decisions. You ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance while staying current with BI best practices. This position offers a chance to impact reporting across the organization and grow with formal development programs.

Responsabilidades
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
Translate business needs into technical BI solutions
Build data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M)
Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, data warehouses, APIs, Excel, cloud)




Optimize report performance, refresh schedules, and model efficiency
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance; implement RLS
Collaborate with data engineers on pipelines, data quality, and warehouse design
Provide documentation, training, and end-user support
Stay current with Power BI features, trends, and best practices
Requisitos principales
Power BI development experience (2+ years)
Proficiency in DAX for measures and time intelligence
Strong Power Query (M) skills
SQL querying and performance optimization
Ability xqbhyrx to design intuitive visualizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes
