As Team Lead GTM Systems Business Analyst, you own the front door for GTM technology requests and shape clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team. You will mentor a team of GTM Systems Analysts across Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps, elevating requirement quality and stakeholder collaboration. You translate business needs into structured specs, partnering with GTM Architects and Developers to craft scalable solutions. You drive delivery readiness and governance while promoting data discipline. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership to transform the GTM tech landscape at Deel.

Responsabilidades
Own GTM tech business intake across Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps and adjacent teams
Engage stakeholders early to understand problems and desired outcomes
Act as SME across GTM domains and advise on best practices and trade-offs
Translate needs into clear WHAT / WHY / OUTCOME requirements
Ensure work entering delivery is clear, prioritized, and aligned with GTM strategy




Lead and coach a team of GTM Systems Analysts on discovery, ambiguity reduction, and stakeholder engagement
Set intake standards, templates, and ways of working; support team development
Bridge Business and GTM Engineering to enable successful delivery and UAT readiness
Promote data discipline and document business logic and system behavior
Maintain consistent documentation practices across the team
Requisitos principales
6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and tools like Gong, Outreach, ChiliPiper
Experience with GTM technologies such as Hubspot, Gainsight, DeaHub
Experience xqbhyrx with enterprise integration tools (Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran)
Development experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java
Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++
Strong REST/SOAP API and Salesforce integration capabilities
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder)
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
Leadership and coaching abilities
Problem-framing and critical thinking
Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations
