As Electrical Project Engineer, you lead engineering activities for electrical systems on complex data center projects. You will coordinate design, development and control of MV/LV distributions, UPS, and automation with DCIM/EPMS, supporting delivery from tender to handover. You’ll work within the EMEA Projects team, liaising with engineers, contractors and clients to align technical scope and risk management. This role combines site visits with cross-functional collaboration to drive on-time, compliant installations. A strong global and diverse team environment, plus travel to customer sites, makes this role impactful and growth-oriented.

Responsabilidades
Coordinate engineering activities for electrical systems on customer projects (data center fit-out and complex systems)
Lead design,
development and control of MV/LV power distribution, UPS, and automation
Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure technical alignment
Manage technical scope from tender to close-out and document delivery (SLDs, layouts, site methods)
Monitor project progress, ensure health & safety compliance, and QA of components
Support root cause analysis and lessons learned to improve approaches
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and techsubs; coordinate with CX and QA teams
Site participation and travel as required to suppliers, Eaton facilities, and client xqbhyrx sites
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
2-5 years in electrical design (system perspective MV/LV)
2-5 years in Customer Project Management
2-5 years in datacenter construction project is a plus
English and Spanish proficiency
CAD experience
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to present technical issues to peers, customers, and leadership
Analytical thinking and root cause analysis
Electrical design (MV/LV)
Power distribution knowledge
UPS and MV experience (CX) a plus
