As a Paid Motion Designer at Factorial, you will scale our performance marketing by producing high-volume motion ads and translating brand essence into compelling visuals. You’ll work with AI-native tools to iterate quickly, grounded in performance data to drive business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels. This role combines creative execution with data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment, offering a chance to shape how we attract and engage our audience.

Responsabilidades
Produce a high volume of motion ad variations and iterate rapidly based on performance data and feedback
Translate brand essence into visually captivating assets for all paid channels
Read and interpret performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS) to guide creative decisions




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints
Champion innovation with motion techniques and AI tools to keep creatives ahead of the curve
Balance creative goals with user-centric problem solving throughout the creative process
Embrace feedback and relentlessly iterate to avoid mediocrity
Requisitos principales
Proven experience in motion design for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
Background in performance marketing and/or user acquisition ads
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Hands-on experience xqbhyrx with AI-native tools (e.g., Kling, Sora, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Nanobana, RunwayML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Figma a plus)
Portfolio of motion work across paid/digital channels demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking
Video editing skills from concept to final cut
