Inside Account Representative

As an Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You'll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale.
You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.




- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
- Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth.
- Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers.
- Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs.
- Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations.

Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
