As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end development of conversational banking capabilities and autonomous customer journeys. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, piloting AI-powered experiences that resolve issues autonomously while upholding regulatory and data privacy standards. You’ll drive measurable impact by improving containment and resolution outcomes, partnering with operations and engineering to embed AI safely in agent workflows. Responsabilidades
Own full product lifecycle for complex client journeys and agent-facing capabilities




Lead discovery grounded in real customer feedback and operational data
Ship autonomous journeys with robust guardrails and escalation paths
Define and monitor resolution-first metrics and containment rates
Collaborate with operations, partners, and other product teams to integrate AI into workflows
Design capabilities with compliance, auditability, and data privacy by default
Requisitos principales
5+ years of product management, delivering complex digital products or automation end-to-end
Hands-on experience xqbhyrx with AI-powered, conversational, or LLM-based products in production
Strong ability to analyze datasets and define metric frameworks
