Join Roche as a Field Application Specialist to support Roche Sequencing Solutions. You will be the technical interface for field staff and customers across hospitals and labs, enabling effective use of sequencing assays. You’ll collaborate with the service team and others to roll out and support the SBX platform, sharing knowledge across peers. Your work combines hands-on troubleshooting, application training, and cross-functional support to uphold quality and customer outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact in genomics with a global, collaborative culture.
Responsabilidades
Provide application support for Roche Sequencing Products and Assays
Deliver installation support and customer training for sequencing systems with the Service team
Troubleshoot onsite to answer inquiries and resolve problems
Co-create and conduct customer application trainings
Assist local sales and marketing with technical expertise
Work with liquid handling systems and vendors
Monitor service processes and overall product/system quality




Participate in internal and external meetings and events
Requisitos principales
Resilient and tenacious, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical skills with comfort handling technical, scientific, and numeric information
Based in Spain with willingness to travel to other European countries; near Madrid or Barcelona preferred
Valid drivers license and readiness to travel to support European customers
Studies in natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, medicine); ideally PhD
Typically 3 years xqbhyrx of professional experience in a research or service setting with deep NGS knowledge
Experience establishing NGS workflows on liquid handling systems; basic bioinformatics understanding a plus
Good knowledge of the IVD market and genomics/oncology domains
Ability to analyze problems and present appropriate solutions
Project management experience
Fluent in Spanish and strong English proficiency
