In this role you will partner with leadership to set a data-driven People Agenda aligned with business goals, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent. You’ll advise C-level and senior leaders on people strategies, support employee engagement, and translate HR programs into actionable plans. You’ll work with a dynamic HR team across locations to enable business success and foster a high-performing organization.

Responsabilidades
Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business- and data-driven People Agenda
Advise leaders on growth strategies to retain high-potential employees and address underperformance
Monitor progress against the People Agenda and adjust as needed
Facilitate employee engagement action planning with business leaders




Develop understanding of key talent and ensure development plans are in place
Identify talent development needs and partner with Talent team to close gaps
Translate and implement HR programs; educate leaders and manage communications and timelines
Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues
Requisitos principales
Bachelors degree in HR or Management
7-10 years of HR experience in an international company
At least 4 years as HR Business Partner
Experience partnering xqbhyrx with C-Level stakeholders and leading cross-location teams
Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
Independent, structured, and agile thinking
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Proven coaching, training, and advisory capabilities across multiple levels
