In this VP role, you will price, execute and hedge structured credit and hybrid transactions within a fast-growing global trading franchise. You will actively manage risk across trading positions and mentor junior traders. You will enhance trading monitoring tools and contribute to new product development with Quants and Structurers. The role sits in Santander CIBs General Markets, blending innovation with a strong risk culture. This is an opportunity to shape complex credit solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades
Price, execute and hedge structured credit and hybrids transactions (incl. repacks and credit linked notes)




Dynamically risk manage trading positions
Train junior resources on the trading team
Maintain, improve and create trading monitoring tools
Contribute to new product development with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control functions
Requisitos principales
Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles
Bachelor/Master/PhD in Sciences or Economics/Statistics
Working English (required); Spanish or another xqbhyrx European language a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AI-augmented coding tools (preferred)
