In this role you will lead market research strategy and insights for Sanofis pharma portfolio, partnering with the Insights and Analytics team to inform commercial decisions. You will drive end-to-end MR programs, supervise cross-functional collaboration, and shape brand and portfolio strategies through data-driven insights. This is a high-impact, global leadership role within a growing GTMC and Hubs network. You will work with senior stakeholders to commercialize insights that accelerate performance and value across markets.

Responsabilidades
Design and execute a Market Research strategy aligned to business goals, efficiency, and cost targets
Apply innovative insights to support marketing decisions from strategy to execution
Deliver audience-tailored insights to vaccine asset teams and broader commercial groups
Provide strategic guidance to Commercial teams and I&A;
Ground brand planning in market research insights
Collaborate with forecasting, analytics, and competitive intelligence to deliver integrated insights




Manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality research and smooth processes
Stay current on MR methodologies and vendors
Specialize across therapy areas and coordinate with peer leads
Present MR insights to Senior Leadership and author engaging deliverables
Select and oversee vendors for projects and ensure compliance with policies
Coordinate fieldwork materials and reports, signing off final outputs
Lead and develop MR team members as needed
Requisitos principales
7+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience
Strong understanding of MR methodologies, with end-to-end quantitative and qualitative capabilities
Strategic thinker with deep life-sciences knowledge
Track record of meeting deadlines xqbhyrx and managing priorities with high quality
Experience leading and developing teams
Global/regional/local experience preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (prescription, sales, claims) preferred
Product launch experience preferred
Experience collaborating with new product planning, marketing, and value & access functions
Effective and confident communication with senior leaders
Ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly
Strong curiosity and learning agility
Market research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative)
Quantitative data analysis and statistics
Vendor management and project coordination
