In this role, you shape the Workday architecture and roadmap for a strategic HR technology program. You will design scalable, secure Workday solutions and ensure smooth integrations with other enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive delivery and governance, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on Workday capabilities and future developments, delivering high-impact solutions across modules and data flows.
Responsabilidades
Define and maintain the Workday solution architecture and roadmap
Design scalable, secure Workday solutions aligned with business needs
Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms
Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows
Collaborate with HR, Technology,



and external partners to drive solution delivery
Establish and promote best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance
Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments
Requisitos principales
8+ years of experience in HR technology environments with significant Workday exposure
Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar xqbhyrx role
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes
Hands-on Workday integrations experience (Studio, EIBs, APIs, third-party systems)
Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions
Knowledge of security models, RBAC, and data governance principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
