In this role, you will own SQLI’s global visual identity and ensure brand consistency across markets. You’ll craft high‑quality visual assets, motion graphics, and digital touchpoints that support marketing and lead generation. You will collaborate with the Global Communications Lead to align campaigns, events, and corporate communications while providing creative support for employer branding and internal communications. This position offers a chance to shape how SQLI communicates visually on a global scale and across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades
Own and evolve the global brand identity with international design guidelines
Conceptualise and animate motion graphics, video intros, social assets, and event teasers
Develop and manage a scalable library of localised marketing assets with regional stakeholders
Collaborate with the Global Communications Lead to translate corporate messages and executive presentations visually
Provide creative support for HR branding, recruitment visuals, and internal communications formats
Design visual concepts for international corporate events, webinars, and trade shows
Requisitos principales
Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Strong hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud skills (After Effects, xqbhyrx Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working knowledge of InDesign; Figma proficiency for prototyping and layouts; Adobe XD or Sketch a plus
Bonus: HTML/CSS or Drupal familiarity
Strong visual judgement and ability to explain design decisions
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders
English fluency mandatory; French advantageous
