In this role you will lead cloud operations to support and advance AWS-based services, aligning infrastructure with security standards and IaC evolution. You’ll work across IT layers and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure reliable, scalable cloud platforms. You’ll drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to accelerate time-to-market for cloud requests. This position offers impact through optimizing cloud workloads, containerization, and cost efficiency in a global digital organization.

Responsabilidades
Daily service follow-up ensuring high-quality operations
Resolve incidents and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution
Manage P1/P2 critical incident handling and escalation
Reduce incident frequency and duration in cloud environments
Deliver user requests and service changes within agreed SLAs
Understand critical applications and their key components




Improve time-to-market for requests, changes, and evolutions
Promote and enforce internal standards for cloud services
Enhance security practices in day-to-day operations
Maintain and upgrade EKS clusters and related infrastructure
Develop automation scripts to increase day-to-day efficiency
Standardize services by migrating to IaC and Kubernetes-based platforms
Manage key cloud platforms and tools for operations
Propose tool, process, and procedure improvements
Requisitos principales
3-5 years of AWS experience
8 years Windows/Linux administration
DevOps experience with Terraform, Python, Bash
Experience xqbhyrx with EKS and Kubernetes
Administration of IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
Experience with AWS services: EC2, EBS, S3, LB, SSM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch
Automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Bash
DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions
Basic networking knowledge: VPC, SG, routing
ITIL knowledge
AWS SysOps Administrator certification a plus
Kubernetes/EKS certification a plus
