In this role you will own and scale the analytics infrastructure across our general Finance, Operations, and Product reporting. You’ll turn raw data from ERP, CRM, adtech, and HRIS into reliable intelligence, build the BI reporting layer, and design scalable data pipelines. You will partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and Business Development to deliver dashboards, models, and ad-hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions for Adwake, Smadex, and Playback Rewards. Expect a hands-on, cross-functional environment with SOX-aligned governance and measurable business impact.

Responsabilidades
Finance BI ownership: design, build, and maintain production Power BI dashboards and semantic models across GSS business units for financial performance, revenue, operational KPIs, and compliance metrics
Data pipeline engineering: build robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines sourcing from ERP, CRM, HRIS, T&E;, Payroll system, etc
Financial reporting: own multi-entity financial reporting models, including advertiser concentration analysis, margin analytics, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition dashboards
Data modeling: design and document dimensional data models (star schema,



SCD) for financial and adtech datasets; maintain a single source of truth for key KPIs across entities
Self-service enablement: build and maintain standardized datasets and templates to empower Finance and Business stakeholders to answer questions independently
Adtech analytics: develop reporting on campaign performance, publisher margins, DSP/SSP revenue, and attribution data—connecting adtech signals to financial outcomes
Governance & lineage: implement data quality checks, documentation, and lineage tracking to support SOX-compliant reporting and audit readiness
Requisitos principales
5+ years in BI, data engineering, or analytics engineering roles in a commercial environment
Expert-level BI skills: DAX, data modeling, row-level security, deployment xqbhyrx pipelines, incremental refresh
Strong SQL skills across SQL Server, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar
Hands-on ETL/ELT experience (dbt, Azure Data Factory, Python, or equivalent)
ERP financial data experience, ideally NetSuite (GL structures, cost centers, intercompany eliminations, period-end reporting)
CRM data models (Salesforce) and joining CRM pipeline data with financials
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business questions into data models and dashboards
Experience in SOX-compliant or audit-sensitive environments
