As a Senior SDR, you fuel Perks growth in the DACH market by qualifying and engaging prospective customers for our travel and spend management platform. You’ll act as a product expert, running multi-channel outbound campaigns and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to build targeted initiatives. Your calls and conversations translate customer needs into value, shaping the early funnel and enabling seamless handoffs to Account Executives. This role offers strong development potential in a fast, collaborative, provider of a disruptive SaaS solution.

Responsabilidades
Multi-channel outbound prospecting for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Conduct in-depth qualification calls using established criteria




Articulate Perks value proposition to target prospects
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design outbound campaigns
Understand buyer needs and align them with the T&E; platform
Mentor and enable peers, supporting new SDRs
Ensure smooth handoffs with Sales Executives to maximize pipeline conversion
Requisitos principales
Native German with high English fluency
Proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas
Good understanding of B2B solution selling xqbhyrx
Goal-oriented, perseverant, ethical and collaborative
Customer-centric mindset; proactive and creative lead generation
Legal authorization to work in Spain
Experience in SaaS Sales/Sales Development preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong collaboration and relationship-building
