In this role you manage and grow a portfolio of global advertisers, using ExoClicks technology to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to increase revenue and provide clients with insightful performance reports. The position blends strategic account growth with data-driven optimization in a fast-paced, international environment. A successful candidate helps shape client campaigns and contributes to the company’s expansion in the ad tech space.

Responsabilidades
Monitor and optimize advertiser campaigns to meet ROI objectives
Manage client relationships and growth account planning for 30+ accounts
Negotiate agreements and pricing with clients
Identify growth opportunities (cross-selling, upselling) to scale client portfolios
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
Prospect and qualify new leads for your portfolio
Maintain CRM up to date and provide regular reports to clients and management
Collaborate with Sales and CS teams to share best practices and knowledge
Requisitos principales
Russian language proficiency
Ability to manage 30+ accounts successfully
Extremely organized xqbhyrx and rigorous
Proactive with strong communication skills
Analytical mindset with comfort in calculations and statistics
Strong team player
Experience as media buyer, advertiser, affiliate, or traffic manager is valued
French or Chinese language skills are valued
