As Staff Software Engineer, you will define the technical outlook and roadmap for autonomous security agents, architect the platform infrastructure, and drive safe, scalable AI-powered defense. You will mentor engineers, raise standards for quality and reliability, and bridge AI research with production-grade security apps. You’ll collaborate with executive leadership to push AI-driven cyber defense across Google Cloud Security and the broader Google ecosystem.

Responsabilidades
Define the technical strategy, roadmap, and outlook for autonomous AI agents in Security and Privacy
Architect and lead development of next-generation agentic infrastructure with safety, security, and performance boundaries




Mentor mid-level and executive engineers to uphold high standards of code quality, design docs, and reliability
Influence product and engineering decisions by linking AI research to production security applications
Act as a technical anchor and multiplier, collaborating with executive leadership across Google Cloud Security and the Google ecosystem
Requisitos principales
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of software xqbhyrx development experience
5 years of experience testing and launching software products
5 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management)
3 years of experience with software design and architecture
