Overview
As Integral Process Owner for HR Operations, you will define end-to-end HR processes, establish a scalable design framework, and drive optimization across the HR operating model. You will partner with COEs and HR teams to standardize workflows, identify automation opportunities, and advance a digitally enabled employee experience. You will lead global process performance monitoring to ensure consistency across regions and countries. Responsabilidades Define and redefine end-to-end HR processes for standardization across the enterprise
Establish process architecture and design framework to document, manage, and optimize HR processes
Design new standardized processes for previously undocumented workflows
Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience




Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders across key service areas (Workforce Administration, Preboarding, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Separations, Offboarding, Workforce Management)
Monitor global end-to-end process performance, ensuring documentation, consistency, and scalability across regions
Requisitos principales 8+ years in process design, process excellence, HR operations, or business process reengineering, ideally global/shared services
Experience designing and documenting end-to-end processes across the employee lifecycle
Strong knowledge of process design methodologies in HR/shared services contexts
Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities in operations
Ability to influence COEs, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate undocumented work into clear processes
