In this role you will lead global clinical studies from planning to delivery, partnering with cross-functional experts to drive execution and quality. You will shape study strategy, foster operational excellence, and empower general teams to advance innovative medicines to patients. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and risk, while promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture and agile ways of working. Responsabilidades
Lead global clinical studies from planning through delivery with quality, timeline, and budget accountability
Co-lead cross-functional trial teams to drive collaboration and study execution excellence
Develop operational strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation for successful outcomes




Partner with internal experts and external vendors to deliver high-quality trial activities
Monitor study progress, resolve issues, and maintain inspection readiness throughout the lifecycle
Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that promotes learning and continuous improvement
Drive operational excellence through process improvements and agile practices
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or another clinically relevant discipline
Significant experience leading clinical studies in pharma, biotech, or xqbhyrx CROs
Strong knowledge of international clinical research regulations, quality standards, and health authority requirements
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within complex global matrix environments
Excellent project management, planning, and risk management with delivery track record
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities
