In this role you will lead and scale Marketing u0026amp; Communications across Iberia, France and Morocco to drive demand generation, engagement and retention. You will bridge global strategy and local execution, guiding a cross-market team and shaping campaigns that build brand presence and thought leadership. You’ll own multi-channel initiatives, measure impact, and optimize ROI while aligning with regional growth priorities. This is a high-visibility role focused on transforming local markets through data-driven, collaborative marketing leadership.

• Lead the Marketing u0026 Communications team across Iberia, France and Morocco, aligning local initiatives with growth priorities
• Develop country and subregional marketing plans to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation
• Lead integrated multichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and sponsorships
• Partner with local business leaders and regional stakeholders for alignment and execution excellence
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Manage budgets to improve ROI and identify cost efficiencies
• Drive reporting and performance measurement to demonstrate marketing impact
• Oversee event strategy, sponsorship activation and governance frameworks
• Ensure consistent use of marketing processes, tools and systems (Marketing Cockpit, and Cvent)
• Maintain strong financial oversight of marketing spend and resource allocation
