A high-growth AI infrastructure business is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its European legal function, based in Madrid.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility across M&A;, corporate, commercial and strategic matters.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and build out the European legal function
- Own M&A;, acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions
- Lead complex commercial contracting, including MSAs, customer and vendor agreements
- Advise on corporate governance, structuring and international expansion
- Support financing and capital markets activity
- Partner directly with senior commercial, finance and infrastructure teams
- Manage external counsel across European jurisdictions




- Build scalable legal processes as the European business continues to grow

Idóneo profile:

- 10+ years' PQE
- Australian or UK qualified preferred
- Strong corporate/M&A; and commercial background
- Experience with complex, cross-border transactions
- Strong commercial contracting experience xqbhyrx
- Comfortable operating independently and building a function
- Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident advising senior stakeholders
- Excellent English
