CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Part-Time
Work Shifts
- Overnight: 11:00PM - 7:30AM, Swing: 3:00PM – 11:30AM, Day: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- All positions require candidates to successfully pass a background check, Live scan and TB test

Resident Care Support PartnerA Resident Care Support Partner is responsible for providing direct, non-clinical support to guests within a recuperative care facility. This role ensures guests experience a safe, respectful, and supportive environment while assisting with activities of daily living and reinforcing care plan expectations during recovery.
Responsibilities and InitiativesTo help NHF meet its growth goals,



the Resident Care Support Partner will:
- Ensure safety and security of the recuperative care facility. Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections and perform routine room checks throughout the day.
- Perform Resident/Guest intake responsibilities, ensuring all residents/guests are greeted and provided with a detailed orientation of program guidelines, expectations, and available services. Develop rapport with Resident/Guests and gather feedback to improve services.
- Create, lead, and/or support engagement activities for Resident/Guests. Build trust through consistent interaction, check-ins, and responsiveness to Resident/Guest needs.
- Assist nursing, case management, and external partners with Resident/Guest appointments, on-site services, and coordination of care as appropriate within the recuperative care setting.
