As the Client Program Manager (CPM) you lead the general Customer Experience (CX) community to operationally serve one of our important clients, are an essential element of the global account team, resulting in successful customer experience and business growth around the globe. This role covers all products and services (Ocean and Logistics & Services) and all brands.
Be, together with the rest of the account team, the client expert internally, and the client advisor externally.
You lead improvement and value adding projects and guide implementing new customer business for Maersk.
