Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of key client accounts
Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to add value
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations supporting client growth and campaign success
Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-standard project delivery
Lead integrated offline and online campaigns, focusing on social media and content-led initiatives
Manage concurrent projects, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate strategy, creative, and production teams
Oversee content production projects and shoots
Identify and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Lead client meetings and provide proactive project updates
Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and results
Ensure client-facing communications and deliverables are accurate and aligned with objectives
Support account budgets and forecasts
Monitor profitability, resource allocation, and budget utilisation
Oversee invoicing, financial tracking,



and reporting
Track and analyse campaign performance data
Develop data-driven recommendations for client objectives and business growth
Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
Mentor and coach Account Executives and junior colleagues

Take ownership of larger, more complex accounts and projects
Requirements

5-8+ years' experience within a creative, integrated, digital, or social agency environment
Proven experience managing large, high-profile consumer brands and complex integrated campaigns
Strong experience managing content production projects and production shoots
Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
