Overview
As an Account Manager in our Surgical Sales team, you will drive sales growth and expand Hologic's presence across Cataluña by building strategic relationships with hospitals and clinics. You will develop territory plans, identify new opportunities, and deliver compelling proposals that demonstrate the value of our Surgical portfolio. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer outcomes while staying ahead of market and competitor trends. This role offers meaningful impact in advancing women's health through innovative technology.

Responsabilidades Drive sales growth and increase market share across the territory
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet/exceed targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand presence
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
Deliver presentations and commercial proposals showcasing the Surgical portfolio
Collaborate with Sales,



Marketing, Clinical Support and other functions to improve customer outcomes
Maintain market intelligence on dynamics, competitors, and healthcare trends
Utilize CRM and data to forecast, manage opportunities, and optimize territory performance
Act as trusted advisor to customers to support clinical and business objectives
Requisitos principales Proven success in medical device, healthcare, or related B2B sales environments
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills
Ability to identify customer needs and translate into business solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented with a drive to exceed objectives
Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
