About the job Account Executive (German + English) Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Start Date: 5/10 Contract: Permanent Important: Candidates must already reside in Spain Accelerate Your Sales Career in AI SaaS We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing eCommerce through AI-powered search and product discovery. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, proactively generate new business, deliver product demonstrations, and close subscription deals across the German-speaking market. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced outbound sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, exceeding targets, and maximizing uncapped commissions. Your Responsibilities * Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing * Generate new business through outbound prospecting * Complete 80--100 outbound calls daily * Prospect through:



* Cold calling * Cold emailing * Social selling * Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline * Convert inbound leads and trial users into paying customers * Deliver product demos in German and English * Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility * Achieve KPIs including: * Calls * Demos * Conversion rates * Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) * Collaborate with Customer Experience for seamless account handovers What We're Looking For Languages * Native or fluent German * Native or bilingual English Location * Already residing in Spain (mandatory) Experience We are seeking experienced sales professionals with: * 1--6 years of successful commercial experience * Strong outbound prospecting and new business development background * Proven success generating pipeline and closing opportunities * Experience working in KPI-driven sales environments * Ability to manage high outbound activity (80--100 calls/day) * Flexibility to work with schedules aligned to US business hours Preferred Background Adecuado candidates come from: * Business Development Representative (BDR) * Sales Development Representative
