At Grupo Alacant , a leading manufacturing of ice cream and food solutions, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Co-Manufacturing to support our international growth strategy and build long-term partnerships with integral food customers.
You will manage and develop a portfolio of strategic co-manufacturing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and creating value-driven partnerships with some of the most relevant players in the food industry.
Manage strategic international accounts and develop new business opportunities, while building long-term customer relationships.
Lead commercial negotiations with senior-level stakeholders.
Coordinate new product development and industrialization projects across R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
Drive revenue, margin and budget performance for assigned accounts. Defining and tracking account performance objectives and KPIs, including volume, profitability,



service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors and commercial opportunities within the food and co-manufacturing sectors
5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or similar commercial roles.
~ Strong background in Co-Manufacturing, Private Label, FMCG or Food Industry.
~ Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a complex environment.
~ Fluent English is essential.
~ Commercial mindset, strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills.
