Overview
In this role, you will deliver accurate monthly financial results and KPIs while driving analysis of cost areas and supporting planning. You will partner with Finance, Commercial and Hospitality stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. You will lead the development of automated dashboards and leverage AI to modernize reporting, contributing to Finance transformation. You will collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights and support long-range planning.

Responsabilidades Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting, KPIs and entity data across tools
Lead analysis of HOS-Advertising Fixed Costs and support Gross Margin and variance analysis
Produce ad-hoc reports and translate financial data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Manage month-end closing activities and lead estimation processes per policies




Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting using Power BI, advanced Excel and AI tools
Drive Finance transformation by simplifying, standardizing and automating processes and sharing best practices across Finance
Requisitos principales Strong background in financial reporting, planning or business analysis in a multinational or matrixed setting
Solid understanding of P&L;, Gross Margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Proven experience developing dashboards and automated reporting with Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
Comfort with AI-powered tools and adopting new technologies to improve processes
Strong business acumen and ability to act as a trusted partner to finance and non-finance stakeholders
Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights
Proactive, curious and results-driven with focus on continuous learning and process improvement
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
