Within the ERP Product team, you will be responsible for bringing Shine's ERP product offer to market. You will build and enrich the product offer by identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions adapted to each target segment, and steering commercialization by mobilizing cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and support.
Assess the needs and pain points of the SMB market,
turning market listening and competitive analysis into actionable product/business opportunities.
Define and execute pricing strategies, marketing plans, and sales enablement tools.
Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches in close collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and support teams.
Monitor, analyze, and report on business KPIs to optimize commercial performance and establish corrective action plans as needed.
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the software publishing sector.
~ Analytical & organizational Skills: Highly organized and rigorous, with strong analytical capabilities to evaluate data and drive strategic decision-making.
~ Proven ability to thrive in project mode, manage change, and demonstrate proactivity and responsiveness.
