Responsabilidades Contribute to a business-aligned people function strategy and implementation
Lead or consult on strategic HR projects including transformation and continuous improvement
Oversee the annual strategic planning cycle and HR portfolio management with financial oversight
Apply workforce analytics to measure impact and forecast trends
Develop high-quality executive content and presentations for senior leadership




Partner on enterprise-wide HR initiatives with diverse stakeholders
Model AI fluency by integrating AI tools into HR workflows
Requisitos principales Bachelor in Business Administration (or related field)
4+ years of experience in strategic management consulting with HR focus
Expertise in workforce planning and organizational change management
Proven track record in leading large, international projects
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with data-to-insight ability
Confident communication and English proficiency
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work with cross-functional teams
