Are you a French and English speaker with a passion for technology and a CCNA 1 certification ?

We are looking for a French & English Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona and provide first-level support for an international client in the Internet & Technology industry .

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong communication skills with a basic technical/networking background and would like to develop their career in IT support.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities

-

- Provide first-level customer and technical support to users.

- Assist customers with basic questions and issues related to internet services.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic connectivity and technical problems.

- Follow established troubleshooting procedures and technical guidelines.

- Collect the necessary information to understand and resolve incidents.

- Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.

- Keep customer information and incident records accurately updated.

- Provide a professional and customer-focused service in French and English .

- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the support process.

Requirements





What are we looking for?

-

- Native or fluent French – C1/C2 level.

- Fluent English – minimum C1 level.

- CCNA 1 certification or equivalent basic Cisco networking knowledge.

- Basic understanding of:

TCP/IP

LAN/WAN

Network connectivity

Routers and switches

Basic troubleshooting

-

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.

- Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a contact centre is a plus.
