This opportunity is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about operational excellence, premium customer engagement, and high-performance team management within international environments.
As part of this exclusive project, the selected professional will play a strategic role in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the standards of a globally recognized luxury automotive brand.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a customer experience team within a premium service environment
Driving operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
Delivering coaching, performance development, and engagement strategies
Managing escalations and ensuring service excellence across all customer interactions




Collaborating closely with stakeholders and client operations teams
Candidate profile:
Advanced English level (C1 minimum)
Advanced Spanish level (C1 minimum)
Strong experience in team leadership, operations management, or customer experience environments
Proven background in KPI management, coaching, and performance optimization
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
Experience within luxury, automotive, hospitality, or premium customer environments is highly valued
