As European Account Manager, you will oversee the automotive client across 14 European markets, coordinating cross‑market delivery and ensuring consistent service. You’ll act as a key contact for clients and local markets, guiding multi‑discipline collaboration and deploying standardized European processes. The role focuses on improving operations, governance, and client satisfaction, within a fast‑paced, collaborative European hub. This is an opportunity to shape regional client service excellence on a major global account.

• Prioritize tasks and maintain brand processes across markets
• Build relationships with local markets, general hub and cross‑brand teams
• Act as custodian of client processes and ensure market understanding and compliance
• Provide training and support to local markets and clients
• Support global teams with regional data and insights for knowledge deliverables
• Support EU Account Executives in skill development, prioritization and task checking
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in a media agency, ideally with international/coordinator experience
• xqbhyrx Strong coordination and project management experience
• Sound understanding of the media planning and implementation process
• European or global media experience preferred
• Ability to liaise with clients at all levels and adapt to diverse practices
• Proactive, accountable, detail‑oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative and proactive mindset
• Ability to connect multiple workstreams for efficiency
