As Product Manager for Elastic's Observability team, you will shape logs analytics to deliver a top-tier end-to-end observability experience. You will align product evolution with company strategy and collaborate across engineering, design, and GTM to drive adoption. You’ll explore GenAI-enabled workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, and cross-domain correlations to improve reliability for modern SREs. This is a high-impact role balancing customer needs with scalable, AI-enabled logging capabilities.

Responsabilidades

- Evolve logs analytics features in line with strategy
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management
- Build GenAI-enabled workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and log–metrics–traces correlation




- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver monitoring experiences
- Support go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption with Sales & Marketing
- Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of product management or closely related area
- Technical experience in logs analytics
- Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge
- Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized xqbhyrx solutions from the customer backwards
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is optional but desired
- Knowledge of AI is optional but desired
