The opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Operations team based in our Madrid office. Reporting into the Servicing Hub Team Leader the Operations Team Leader, the Jobholder will carry out routine operational and technical duties within the Operations department for the European business area and/or the Fo S programmes for the EEA Hub UK. The work will be focused on processing policies,



supporting the customer service delivery and being compliant to the general network service level agreements.
The role is desk based and involves working as part of a team owning policy maintenance, processing, and recording of quality business data. Some of the Operations Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to: Following receipt of instructions, to accurately process data onto the various systems in a timely manner to meet service standards and operational KPIs. Processing commercial/specialty programmes within the Servicing Operations team. Check instructions/risk information data and raise queries promptly where required.
Process the bookings of premiums, pools, local and foreign taxes, and reinsurance as necessary onto the relevant operational systems. Carry out processing of taxes for Fo S programmes onto the relevant systems. Comply with the required standards of best practice, operating effectiveness, and efficiency and all legal, regulatory and policy requirement
