As Procurement Site Leader, you will shape the long-term procurement strategy for the site and ensure it aligns with Grifols’ business objectives. You’ll lead a procurement team, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets to optimize resources. You will build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships to deliver innovative, cost-efficient solutions. This role places you at the center of cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, compliant operations in healthcare manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

- Strategic planning and execution of procurement activities aligned with long-term business goals
- Align site procurement with overall business objectives and interdepartmental coherence
- Lead and mentor the site procurement team to foster continuous improvement and excellence
- Budget management and cost control to meet financial targets




- Identify and implement procurement best practices to improve processes and performance
- Develop relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Supplier relationship management to drive innovation and value
- Coordinate with other departments to align procurement with overall business strategies

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven procurement experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or a regulated industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English xqbhyrx with strong communication skills
- Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ability to resolve supply-related challenges in a factory
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
