Purpose The Sales Manager,



Trauma & Power Tools, is responsible for driving sustainable business growth, achieving sales targets, and leading a high-performing sales organization within the Trauma and Power Tools business.
The role, reporting to Business Unit Director, is accountable for developing and executing strategic commercial plans, expanding customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring strong market presence across the assigned geography.
The Sales Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of sales representatives while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver business objectives and maximize customer value.
This position is eligible for sales incentive and variable compensation programs.
