As Senior Manager - Data & AI Stewards Community, you will lead and strengthen our enterprise-wide Data & AI Steward community across all business domains. You will foster engagement, drive governance adoption, and build strong collaboration networks that enable impactful and responsible use of data and AI across the organization. This role combines community leadership, change management,



and governance expertise to help shape Symrise's data-driven future.
Lead and develop the enterprise-wide Data & AI Steward community
Promote data governance principles and responsible AI practices
Support data and AI literacy, democratization, and community adoption efforts
Act as an advocate for stewardship and data culture initiatives across Symrise

Experience in data governance, data management, analytics, AI, or related areas
