Serve as the primary contact and end-to-end owner of all property owner matters
Facilitate cross-functional resolutions with internal teams
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the property owner relationship lifecycle
Resolve mid- to high-complexity property owner concerns and drive accountability across vendors and internal teams against established SLAs
Identify root causes of preventable or repetitive property ownership issues and create long-term solutions with internal teams and management
Maintain accurate property owner system data and update it during interactions
Monitor external factors and communicate important matters to internal partners
Review and interpret property contracts to assess compliance of property owner requests
Manage land contingencies transactions through CRM data entry; monitor and report system data
Generate and maintain control reports tracking commercial agreements and timely execution
Optimize and manage vendor strategy through standardized, compliant, and efficient transactions




Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; concentration in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Law, or related field preferred
4–6 years of experience managing projects, deals, or transactions in a high-volume environment required
Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service and ability to successfully manage projects strongly preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce systems strongly preferred
Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
Ability to work with different functional groups and employee levels to achieve results effectively and professionally
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
