Overview In this Global Clinical Project Manager II role, you will support late-phase Hematology and Immunology trials for sponsor programs. You will liaise with CROs and vendors, keep the project team aligned on timelines, and contribute to study documents and risk templates. You'll drive end-to-end trial execution from start-up through close-out, balancing quality with speed in a fast-paced setting. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, exposure to complex pivotal studies, and opportunities to shape trial management practices within a patient-focused organization.

Maintain effective project communication with the team and provide status updates
Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals (study manuals, biomarker plans, etc.)
review site changes with legal/safety in consultation
Participate in end-to-end study management from start-up to close-out
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance management where applicable
General study experience (not limited to a single region)
Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise, ideally with complex/pivotal studies experience
End-to-end study management experience from start-up through close-out
Experience with study budgets, forecasting, and variance management (CTM only)
Global study management
Budgeting, forecasting and variance management
Vendor management and CRO liaison
