Glovo is seeking a Lead Financial Business Partner – On-Demand to own the vertical's financial performance and growth strategy. You will manage end-to-end P&L;, drive O2C automation, and collaborate with Product & Tech to build fintech features that scale the business. You will partner with Commercial, Ops, and GBS to define pricing, opportunities for cost reductions, and data-driven initiatives. Day-to-day, you'll coach two Finance Analysts and shape the finance roadmap for On-Demand.
