Greenvolt Power Spain is looking for a BESSConstructionManager who will be a direct contributor to the correct construction of Greenvolt Power projects footprint in Europe by activelyparticipatingin the design supervision and design of large-scaleBESSprojectsandelectrical infrastructure.

Key accountabilities

-

- Collaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions.

- Good understanding of project design drawings and able toparticipatein discussions with internal staff and BOS/BOPContractors.

- Supervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliers.

- Support in the definition,preparationand control the documentation to be able to starttimelya construction of the renewable energy project.

- Travels to Construction Sites regularly, follows construction progress and provides solutions for construction matters & schedule mitigation.

- SupportsProcurementto prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliers.





- Schedules project steps andworksto achieve the most efficient,timelyandcost-effectiveconstruction ofBESSplants.

- EnsuresallPermitting parametersarefollowedduring the construction phase.

- Reports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to theConstruction Manager & Director.

- Manages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit accordingly to project plan.

- Coordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPV.

- Coordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & Quality.

- CAPEX monitoringduring construction phase.

Requirements

-

- Engineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer). xqbhyrx

- Minimum5years of experience in Renewable Energy projects(preferably BESS) and/orotherPower related field

- PMP, Prince2 or other Project Management course is a plus

- Experience in working with Autocad ,MS Project, MS Office

- Organisational,teamworkand reporting skills,

- English professionallevel & 1additionallanguage is a plus.

- Willingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure isa must
