Responsabilidades Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets to support sustainable growth
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, HR, IT and Procurement
Lead negotiations and close strategic, high-value contracts balancing commercial outcomes with long-term partnerships
Monitor and share insights on sales performance,



market developments and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Domestic Sales, Product & Portfolio Management, Presales, Corporate Legal, Service Delivery, Implementation, Partner Management) to shape client solutions
Engage in cross-border deal processes and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
Support alignment with Excom members and Senior Leadership on strategy and opportunities
Requisitos principales Strong sales experience in the HR & Payroll industry
History of consistently achieving international sales targets
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel with a structured approach
Experience closing complex, cross-border deals with diverse stakeholders and markets
Interest in technology and consultative, value-based selling
Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
