A leading international technology company is looking for a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to join its growing sales team.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will manage the customer journey from initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions.
If you're comfortable with cold calling, ambitious sales targets and a performance-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career while working fully remotely from Spain.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
Performance multipliers:




~ Account Executive 1: €30,000 base
Account Executive 2: €35,000 base
Account Executive 3: €40,000 base
100% Remote from Spain
Fully remote position
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
All recruitment communication and interview steps handled online
Native/fluent German
~ Native or bilingual English
~ 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience
~ Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development
~ Strong sales and closing mindset
~ Comfortable working with performance metrics
~ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
