In this role you will: En tant que Commercial·e Health Insurance, tu es le point d'entrée pour les prospects qui souhaitent souscrire une mutuelle santé. Ta mission est de transformer un intérêt plus ou moins qualifié pour nos services en une opportunité commerciale. Tu te concentres sur la gestion de demandes entrantes et sortantes de personnes souhaitant faire des économies sur leur contrat de mutuelle santé.

- Analyser et traiter les demandes entrantes et sortantes de particuliers (appels, formulaires web) avec efficacité et réactivité.
- Mener une phase de découverte par téléphone pour qualifier précisément le besoin du prospect : postes de remboursement budget, services complémentaires (obsèques, prévoyance), etc.
- Identifier les difficultés liées à la souscription de mutuelle santé et présenter papernest comme la solution évidente.
- Contribuer directement à l'amélioration de notre approche commerciale en identifiant les besoins d'ajustements sur notre stratégie d'acquisition.
- Travailler avec l'équipe acquisition pour construire le discours commercial le plus impactant pour répondre à des demandes plus ou moins qualifiées.

- Une première expérience commerciale ou en relation client réussie (stage et alternance inclus) dans la vente de mutuelles santé.
- Excellente aisance à l’oral, bonnes capacités d’écoute, sens de la persuasion, capacité à gérer des objections.
- Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ta curiosité et ta capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Motivé(e), résilient(e), orienté(e) résultats, prêt(e) à apprendre.
- Français courant obligatoire.





Ce que nous t’offrons : Contrat CDI, temps plein Rémunération : Salaire fixe de 21 004 € brut par an + primes non plafonnées.
