Qualifications: Fluent communication in English (additional language like French/Spanish are considered)
Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights / GDS
High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you will work in rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
